EXCHANGE & REFUND

VARYSTYLE dedicates to solve any problems in pre-sales and after-sales sincerely. Exchange and return are offered when you receive our new or defective product within 30 days of receipt of shipment. There are some frequently asked questions:

 

Am I eligible for exchange or refund?

Make sure you are suitable to any situation following within 30 days of receipt of shipment:

  1. Receive a damaged or defective item. You can choose got a replacement of the exact item or refund.
  2. Want to exchange an item for another. The purchased item must be in its original, brand new condition.

 

What should I do?

If the product looks damaged upon arrival do not use the material and do like following steps:

  1. Take photos of the product and make sure it clear to show defection.
  2. Contact us and send the photos to us.
  3. Waiting for 1-2 days in which we would check it and give you solution of exchange or refund.

However you find the defection during installation, please the same do. And we may reship the same quantity product as defective product.

 

Who charge the return shipping?

For non-defective items, the shipping cost may vary depending on the location and is charged by you. And the shipping fee is non-refundable.

 

When will I get my refund?

About 4 weeks. It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
